After the Novabase Group was listed on the stock exchange, Novabase Capital began a second investment phase focusing on internet-based multimedia companies applied to the Internet, thematic portals and webmarketing companies.
With the implementation of a new legislative framework for venture capital firms, Novabase Capital became a venture capital firm in December 2003.
The third phase began in June 2005, with the creation of the Novabase Capital Venture Capital Fund, responsible for 9 investments and 6 divestments, scheduled to be closed by 2019.
In 2011, the Novabase Capital Inovação e Internacionalização Venture Capital Fund was created, which currently has 6 companies in its portfolio and 4 divestment. It is scheduled to be closed by 2021.
In 2017, the Novabase Capital +Inovação Fund was created, which currently is actively looking for new investment opportunities. It is scheduled to be closed by 2021.
